Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you total control over your e-mail boxes and mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a brand new email account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect e-mails from one email box to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your mailbox accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just select the email box account you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
